Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vegan whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Coconut Cream:
    • Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight. This will allow the coconut cream to separate from the liquid. When ready to use, open the can and scoop out the solid coconut cream, leaving the liquid behind.
