1 can young green jackfruit, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the jackfruit, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until the jackfruit has softened and is easily mashed with a fork, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat and let the jackfruit mixture cool for a few minutes.
