Ingridient
100g of soy steaks
200g fresh mushrooms
Vegan cooking sour cream
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
Curry spice
Basil
Cook soy steaks according to the instructions on the package. Then drain them and add salt and pepper. Fry them in a little oil until golden brown on both sides. Take them out of the pan when they are done. Chop the mushrooms, add to the same pan and fry for a few minutes. When they are ready, add vegan cooking sour cream, mustard and spices. Add one glass of water and let the sauce combine. Then add the steaks to the sauce and simmer for a few more minutes to the desired density.
