Veggie Dumplings and Ramen

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of vegan dumpling wrappers (or make your own dough using flour and water)
  • 2 cups finely chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, etc.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)

Vegan Ramen Ingredients:

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • Toppings (sliced green onions, tofu, nori, sesame seeds, etc.)

Instructions:

Vegan Veggie Dumplings:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the finely chopped vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in half, pressing the edges to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the dumplings in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
