Ingredients
1½ lb. of Chicken Tenderloins
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg
2 tablespoons of Milk
1 cup of all-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of Paprika
1 cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Drizzle the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
Crack the egg in a bowl.
Then add the milk, salt and pepper and whisk it well.
Combine the flour, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika in a shallow bowl. Mix it well.
Combine the panko breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika in another shallow bowl. Mix it well.
Take a chicken tender.
Dredge it in the all-purpose flour mix. Shake off the excess.
Dip it in the egg mix.
Then coat it completely with the panko breadcrumb mix.
Keep it aside on a wire rack.
Repeat with all the chicken tenders.
Then place slices in the lightly greased air fryer basket, in a single layer.
Lightly spray the crumb-coated tenders.
Air fry at 370 F for 14 minutes, flipping at the halfway mark (at 7 minutes).
Repeat with all the prepared chicken tenders.
Serve hot with ketchup or ranch.
