Instructions:

Chocolate Layer:

  1. In a mixing bowl, prepare the instant chocolate pudding according to the package instructions, using the fat-free milk.
  2. Allow the pudding to set in the refrigerator while preparing the cream cheese layer.

Cream Cheese Layer:

  1. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened fat-free cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar substitute and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
  3. Fold in the fat-free whipped topping until evenly mixed.

Assemble the Chocolate Delight:

  1. In individual serving dishes or a large serving bowl, create layers:
    • Start with a layer of the prepared chocolate pudding at the bottom.
    • Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the chocolate pudding layer.
    • Repeat with another layer of chocolate pudding.
    • Finish with a final layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  2. Chill and Serve:
