- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients:
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients:
- In another bowl, whisk together the applesauce, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix Batter:
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
