Weight Watchers English Muffin Pizza!

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat English muffins, split
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (choose a lower-calorie or sugar-free version for fewer points)
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (such as sliced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, or lean protein like grilled chicken or turkey pepperoni)
  • Dried oregano and red pepper flakes (optional for added flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each English muffin half.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add your favorite pizza toppings on each English muffin half.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano and red pepper flakes for added flavor.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
