Ingredients:

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener (e.g., Stevia or Splenda)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, chopped red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, raisins or dried cranberries, and cooked and crumbled bacon (if using).
