Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional for added sweetness)
  • Mini cupcake liners

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Yogurt Mixture:
    • In a bowl, combine the fat-free Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, sugar-free chocolate syrup, and powdered sugar (if using). Mix until well combined.
  2. Assemble Cups:
    • Place mini cupcake liners in a mini muffin tin. Spoon a small amount of the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them about one-third of the way.
  3. Freeze:
    • Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to allow the yogurt mixture to slightly set.
  4. Add Another Layer:
    • Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and add another layer of the yogurt mixture on top of the partially frozen layer, filling each cup about two-thirds of the way.
  5. Freeze Again:
    • Return the muffin tin to the freezer and freeze until the yogurt mixture is firm.
  6. Optional Chocolate Drizzle:
    • If desired, you can drizzle a small amount of additional sugar-free chocolate syrup on top of each frozen peanut butter cup.
  7. Freeze Until Solid:
    • Freeze the peanut butter cups until they are completely solid.
  8. Serve:
    • Once frozen, remove the peanut butter cups from the muffin tin and enjoy your Weight Watchers-friendly frozen treat.
