Weight Watchers Sugar-Free Chewy Chocolate Cookies


3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup + 2 Tbs cocoa powder

3/4 cup splenda

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

3 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla


Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine dry ingredients, stir in wet ingredients. Coat an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick spray, spoon batter into pan and spread evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes until edges are firm and centre has just set.
