WW The Best Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best)
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (add more if you prefer a thinner consistency)
- Optional: additional herbs and spices to taste (such as paprika, cayenne pepper, or hot sauce)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Add in the dried dill weed, dried parsley, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Add the lemon juice and buttermilk to the mixture, stirring until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of buttermilk according to your desired consistency.
- Taste the ranch dip and adjust the seasonings as needed. You can add more salt, pepper, or any other herbs and spices to suit your taste.
- Once the dip is well mixed and seasoned to your liking, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container.
- Refrigerate the ranch dip for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
