  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or dill)
  • Water (as needed to adjust consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk Together Vinegar, Mustard, and Garlic:
    • In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.
  2. Add Greek Yogurt:
    • Stir in the fat-free Greek yogurt until well combined.
  3. Adjust Consistency:
    • If the dressing is too thick, you can add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Add Fresh Herbs:
    • Stir in chopped fresh herbs for added flavor.
  5. Taste and Adjust:
    • Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings or sweetness to your liking.
