Ingredients (Makes 1 jar):

  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp zero-calorie sweetener (such as Stevia or Monk Fruit)
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 3-4 fresh strawberries (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    In a small bowl, combine the reduced-fat cream cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the Jar:
    In a small glass jar or dessert cup, layer the graham cracker crumbs at the bottom to create the crust. Press down lightly with a spoon.
  3. Layer the Cheesecake Filling:
    Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust, creating a smooth layer.
  4. Top with Strawberries:
