Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the Lobster Tails:
- Thaw the lobster tails if they are frozen. You can do this by placing them in the refrigerator for 24 hours or by using the defrost function on your microwave.
- Once the lobster tails are thawed, use kitchen shears or a sharp knife to cut through the top of the shell lengthwise. Cut down the center of the shell, but do not cut through the meat.
- Gently pull the lobster meat up and over the shell, resting it on top.
- Season the Lobster Tails:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the Lobster Tails:
- Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat. Make sure to get some of the mixture into the cut you made in the shell.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air Fry the Lobster Tails:
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, shell side down.
- Cook for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tails. You’ll know they are done when the meat is opaque and the shells are bright red.
- Serve:
- Carefully remove the lobster tails from the air fryer basket. Be cautious as they will be hot.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges for squeezing over the lobster meat.
