Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or a sugar substitute
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Dough:
    • In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and non-fat Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll Out Dough:
    • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Add Cinnamon Sugar:
    • In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar:
