5 Point Snack Attack

I wanted something, and felt the craving starting to set in.

So went to kitchen and made a plate of fruit.

1 Banana,

2 strawberries.

Hand full of blueberries,

sugar free pears,

2 tbsp of fine chop almonds sprinkled on top mix

3 tbsp of cool whip.

Hit the spot.

Yes I already know it’s full of natural sugar, but it was a better choice than chips, cookies, ice cream, bread, ir other unhealthy carb.
