Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

  • Fresh corn on the cob (as many as you need)
  • Cooking oil (olive oil, canola oil, or cooking spray)
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, or your choice of herbs and spices)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Corn: Start by shucking the corn and removing the silk. You can leave the husks on or remove them, depending on your preference.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375-400°F (190-200°C). Preheating helps ensure even cooking.
  3. Oil and Seasoning: Lightly brush the corn with cooking oil or spray them with cooking spray. This helps the seasoning stick and adds a bit of crispiness to the corn. Season the corn with your choice of salt, pepper, garlic powder, or any other herbs and spices you like.
  4. Cook the Corn: Place the corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray. If the corn is too long for your air fryer, you can cut them in half or cook them in batches.
  5. Air Fry: Cook the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes for even cooking. The exact cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer’s model and the size of the corn. The corn is ready when it’s tender and slightly browned in spots.
  6. Serve: Once your air fryer corn on the cob is done, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute. Serve hot with your favorite toppings, like butter, more seasoning, or a sprinkle of grated cheese if you like.
