Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). The preheating process might not take as long in an air fryer compared to an oven.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the chopped vegetables in the bottom of the greased air fryer basket.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Carefully place the basket in the preheated air fryer. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 12-15 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is lightly golden brown.
- Cooking times may vary depending on your air fryer model, so keep an eye on it, and you can always add more time if needed.
- Once the quiche is done, carefully remove the basket from the air fryer using oven mitts, as it will be hot.
- Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes, then slice it into wedges and serve.
