Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Keto Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the Zucchinis:
- Wash the zucchinis and cut off the ends. Slice them into thin strips resembling fries.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Season the Zucchini Fries:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the zucchini fries in the seasoned oil mixture until evenly coated.
- Air Fry the Fries:
- Arrange the zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Add Parmesan Cheese:
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cooked zucchini fries and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Serve:
- Once done, remove the fries from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
