Air fryer Meat muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, or a combination)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the air fryer basket

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onions, bell peppers, carrots, and celery.
  2. Add the egg, grated cheese (if using), salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix everything together until well combined. You can adjust the seasonings to taste.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (180°C).
  4. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a little oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Form the meat mixture into muffin-sized portions, shaping them into small round muffins. Place them in the greased air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the meat muffins in the preheated air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside. Cooking times may vary depending on the size and type of air fryer you have, so keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
  7. Once they are cooked to your desired level of doneness, remove the meat muffins from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. You can serve these air fryer meat muffins as a snack, appetizer, or as a main dish with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.
