  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Steaks:
      • Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.

    • Rub both sides with olive oil.
    • In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
    • Season the steaks evenly on both sides with the spice mixture.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  3. Cook the Steaks:
    • Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness:
        • Medium-Rare: 8 minutes (internal temp 130°F)
        • Medium: 10 minutes (internal temp 140°F)

      • Medium-Well: 12 minutes (internal temp 150°F)
    • Flip the steaks halfway through cooking for even browning.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter:
    • While the steaks are cooking, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
  5. Rest the Steaks:
    • Once cooked, remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes. This helps the juices redistribute.
  6. Serve:
    • Top each steak with a generous dollop of garlic butter.
    • Serve with your favorite sides.
