AIR FRYER- STEAK BITES WITH GARLIC BUTTER

AIR FRYER- STEAK BITES WITH GARLIC BUTTER

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 pound of sirloin, ribeye, or your preferred steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika (optional for extra flavor)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the steak pieces until they are well coated with the seasoning.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook the steak bites in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the pieces halfway through for even cooking. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your steak and your air fryer model. For medium-rare steak bites, aim for an internal temperature of 130-135°F (54-57°C).
  5. While the steak bites are cooking, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Once the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness, transfer them to a serving platter.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the steak bites while they are still hot. The heat from the steak will help melt the garlic butter and infuse the meat with flavor.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  9. Serve your air fryer steak bites with garlic butter immediately. They go well with a side salad, roasted vegetables, or your favorite side dishes.
