Baked ziti with tofu ricotta! So delicious Tofu ricotta

Ingredients
7oz firm tofu
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Sauce:
2 jars Newmans Own Sockarooni sauce
1/2 cup red wine
1/3 bag of Gardein fake meat crumbles
1. Cook a box of rigatoni
2. Cook down sauce and red wine, add meat crumbles after sauce is a little thicker and cook those through
3. Blend together the tofu ricotta
4. Preheat oven to 350, once its hot change it to broil on high
5. Mix together rigatoni and pasta sauce in the pan then carefully layer ricotta on top
6. Broil until the edges of the ricotta are a little brown, I did about 10 minutes
7. Top with fresh basil if you have it
