Banana Blossom “Fish” with Quinoa Grits & Okra Roux

Ingredients
Quinoa Grits
1 cup blended quinoa
2 cup Spring water
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 cup Hemp Milk (Your preferred milk)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cheese (optional)
1. Blend 1 cup of quinoa in blender.
2. Boil water, add quinoa and stir till it comes to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Add milk if quinoa gets too thick.
5. Remove from heat. Add butter & cheese.
