Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
