Beet salad

Ingredients
3 large beets cooked,peeled and cut.
Seasoning:
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Handful chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Mix well and transfer to a container,keep in the refrigerator.
