Blueberry lemon tofu pie with Oreo crust

Ingredients
1 pound super firm tofu from TJ’s (73 gram protein)
1/2 pound or 227g frozen blueberries microwaved for 50 seconds
180 g sugar (try with 150 g sugar first, add sugar if not sweet enough)
40 ml or almost 3 tbsp lemon juice (could be less, about 30 ml but tofu flavor is beany)
7.5 ml /1.5 tsp imitation vanilla
1/4 tsp / 1 gram of salt
Standard premade Oreo crust
Cooked at 350F/175C for around 30 mins until it’s set, test with a fork or toothpick.
(I read it’s better to have tofu with lemon marinate overnight to get rid of beany flavor, but it was mostly masked even lacking the patience to wait.)
