Broiled Lobster Tails with Lemon Butter

Broiled Lobster Tails with Lemon Butter

2 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:

Preheat the broiler on high.
Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise down the center of the shell.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the cut side of the lobster tails.
Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove the lobster tails from the broiler and let them cool for a minute.
Brush the lobster tails with any remaining butter mixture.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the lobster tails for garnish.
Serve the broiled lobster tails hot with lemon wedges and additional melted butter, if desired. Enjoy!
