Cajun roasted butternut squash

Ingredients
1 squash, cut in half length wise, skin peeled
Brush with oil, salt and pepper
Bake @ 420° for 20 minutes.
In a small dish mix together:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp avocado oil
4 cloves of minced garlic
Pinch of salt
3 dashes of pepper
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
Cut squash cross ways almost all the way through. I used a wooden spoon on either side as a guard. Brush squash with your Cajun mix and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
