it’s chicken escalopes breaded with panko breadcrumbs and topped with cooked tomatoes and cheese.
12 minutes at 180 for the escalopes and another 8 minutes with the topping. You have to slice the chicken breast in two and beat it until it’s thin.
I used cheddar cheese instead. I could have used mozzarella but didn’t have any!!
I will have to try in airfryer. Always did in oven
