Chickpea omelet

Ingredients
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
Mix ingredients into a runny batter. Pour 1/4-1/3 cup of batter at a time on a hot non stick skillet. Cook for 2 minutes then flip and cook another 2 min. Stuff with your favorite sautéed veggies and top with salsa!
