CRACK KETO BISCUITS

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups  almond  flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (optional, for topping)
  • Fresh chives, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Add Cheese: Stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese until evenly combined with the dry ingredients.
  4. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add this to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Shape Dough: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and form into a small ball, then flatten slightly onto the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, leaving about an inch of space between biscuits.
  6. Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and set.
  7. Optional Topping: Brush with melted butter and sprinkle chopped chives over the top for added flavor and presentation.
  8. Serve: Enjoy warm, and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave as desired.
