  • 1 pound (450g) ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 pound (450g) frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, bell pepper (if using), parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
