Deep filled pizza pie 🥧 🍕

Pre-rolled pizza dough
Mini tortillas
Grated mozzarella/cheese blend
Passatta mixed with garlic, pinch of salt, pinch of sugar, oregano, splash of Worcestershire sauce or shop bought pizza sauce
Fillings of choice (meat/veg)
Line a deep filled cake tin
Press the pizza dough into the base
Add a spoonful of sauce to the bottom, before adding some cheese and choice of meat or veg, then layer in a tortilla and press down gently
Repeat as necessary
Trim the dough or tuck it in
Bake for about half an hour, (watch for the dough catching, cover with foil if it colours too much)
Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before cutting or it’ll be too messy.
