Easy fluffy Zero point pancake,

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned oats (4 WW SmartPoints) 1 ripe banana (0 WW SmartPoints) 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (0 WW SmartPoints) 2 large eggs (0 WW SmartPoints) 1 tsp baking powder (0 WW SmartPoints) 1 tsp vanilla extract (0 WW SmartPoints) 1/2 tsp cinnamon (0 WW SmartPoints) A pinch of salt (0 WW SmartPoints)

Instructions:

  1. Place the oats in a blender or food processor and pulse until they form a fine flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the ripe banana, Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the blender with the oats.
  3. Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth pancake batter.
