INGREDIENTS
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup Water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Spray a 1.5 Qt. CorningWare French white baking dish with cooking spray. Crack 12 eggs into the baking dish.
  2. Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot. Using the metal trivet, lower the baking dish into the Instant Pot.
  3. Pressure cook on High for 15 minutes. After cooking is complete, quick release the pressure.
  4. Carefully remove baking dish from Instant Pot, and let cool at room temp.
  5. Using a plate, cover the top of the baking dish, and flip it over onto the plate.
