English Muffin Breakfast Pizzas are an easy breakfast or brunch recipe using English muffins and topped with Heinz chili sauce, scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.

This breakfast pizza recipe takes about thirty minutes from start to finish and produces twelve small pizzas

To make these English muffin pizzas, I started by cracking some eggs into a medium mixing bowl.

Then I added some heavy cream to the bowl.

I whisked until the eggs were fully beaten.

Then I added some salt, pepper and onion powder to the bowl.

I whisked well again.

I poured the egg mixture into a non stick saute pan over medium heat.

I used a spatula to gently push the eggs around as they cooked.

Once the eggs were no longer wet looking, I added some crumbled bacon to the pan.

I stirred the bacon and eggs together well and then removed the pan from the heat.

Then I sliced six English muffins in half and lay them, cut side up, on a baking sheet.

I spread all of the English muffins with a thin layer of Heinz chili sauce.

Then I spooned the bacon and egg mixture onto the English muffins.

I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.

Then I sprinkled some more crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.

I placed the pan in the oven and baked the breakfast pizzas until the cheese on top was completely melted.

Then I removed the pizzas from the oven and served immediately.
