Garlic Butter Med Bone In Ribeye & Steak Fries

Ingredients for Garlic Butter Bone-In Ribeye Steak:

  • 2 bone-in ribeye steaks (1 ½ to 2 inches thick)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Ingredients for Steak Fries:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thick fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions for Garlic Butter Bone-In Ribeye Steak:

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Pat the ribeye steaks dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Season both sides of each steak generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle a little olive oil on both sides of the steaks to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the steaks on the hot grill or grill pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, spread the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the steaks. Allow it to melt and coat the steaks, creating a flavorful garlic butter crust.
  7. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute and keep the steaks juicy and tender.

Instructions for Steak Fries:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.

To serve:

  1. Place the cooked Garlic Butter Bone-In Ribeye Steaks on a serving platter.
  2. Serve alongside the crispy Steak Fries.
  3. Optionally, you can garnish the steaks with additional chopped parsley.

Enjoy ..
