Giant Yorkshire pud in the air fryer, easy and not greasy at all!
Used a round foil disposable tin, you can buy them anywhere, and a little bit of oil (literally you only need a tiny amount to cover the bottom) put on 200° for 5mins to get oil hot, then pour in the batter and cook for 10/15 mins on 200°. We did 10 mins at first but thought it looked a bit pale still so did another 5 and it came out Perfect! Also side note: opened the air fryer drawer and it didn’t go flat! So that’s a bonus too.
The recipe is 1 egg, 100g plain flour, 100g milk, whisk together and then heat oil on 200°c for 5 mins, add the batter, Cook for a further 15.
