Grilled Bok Choy
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Fresh Baby Bok Choy
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Lime/Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper Powder
- ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix everything other than bok choy in a bowl.

Whisk everything together. Keep it aside.

Chop/divide bok choy into two parts.

Wash them properly and dry with a paper or cloth towel.

Marinate them with all the marinade.

Keep them aside for marination.

Place a cast-iron pan or a grill pan on the gas stove.

When it’s super hot place bok choy inside down first on the pan.

You will hear a sizzling sound.

Turn them over by using a spatuala.
-
Serve them just after removing them from the pan.
