INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Fresh Baby Bok Choy
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Lime/Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix everything other than bok choy in a bowl.
    • Whisk everything together. Keep it aside.
    • Chop/divide bok choy into two parts.
  • Wash them properly and dry with a paper or cloth towel.
  • Marinate them with all the marinade.
  • Keep them aside for marination.
  • Place a cast-iron pan or a grill pan on the gas stove.
  • When it’s super hot place bok choy inside down first on the pan.
  • You will hear a sizzling sound.
  • Turn them over by using a spatuala.
  • Serve them just after removing them from the pan.
