Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the cleaned and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Make sure they are well-coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse into the shrimp.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. You can also use a grill basket to make it easier to flip the shrimp.
- Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Grill the shrimp over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, as they can become tough if cooked for too long.
- Once the shrimp are done, remove them from the grill and serve immediately.
