Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

      1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to create the marinade.
