Homemade Keto Tortilla Chips 😎

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup almond flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
  8. 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and any optional seasonings you’d like to add (garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika). Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin. The thinner the dough, the crispier the chips will be.
  4. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and transfer the rolled-out dough (still on the bottom parchment paper) onto a baking sheet.
  5. Use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to cut the dough into desired chip shapes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them, as almond flour can brown quickly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
  8. Once completely cool, you can break the chips apart and enjoy them on their own or with your favorite keto-friendly dip.
