Homemade organic gluten-free vegan nachos

Equal parts pecans, walnuts in food processor, remove
Equal parts mushrooms, chickpeas in food processor (you have to process separately otherwise they get mushy and it ends up looking like wet cat food
Put processed nut mixture and mushroom/chickpea mixture in pan with avocado oil over medium-high heat.
I seasoned with:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
Chili powder
Cayenne powder
Oregano
Add just a little water and let simmer over medium low heat.
I used organic gluten-free corn tortilla chips, vegan Colby jack cheese;
Mixed together canned organic black beans, canned organic corn, lime juice, chili powder and cilantro.
