Homemade potato wedges
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
Scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into wedges.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them with the oil and seasoning mixture until they’re well coated.
Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the potato wedges for 25-30 minutes or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Serve the potato wedges hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
