Homemade spinach artichoke dip in a Rosemary bread

Homemade spinach artichoke dip in a Rosemary bread bowl  my fiancé and I devoured the entire thing for dinner!!
How I made it: Bread from a local bakery I know and love. Cut out into a bowl. Used extra bread as dippers, lightly tossed in EVOO and more rosemary. Toasted. Dip: diced red onion and artichoke, cooked in oil from the jar of artichoke for that extra artichoke flavor. Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, let that get nice and soft. Then I added chao cheese original, vegan mozzarella from Aldis and a scoop of vegan Mayo. Extra pepper and some nutritional yeast after you add your chopped spinach. Mix well, let everything melt and blend together. Then I toasted the bread in the oven for like ten minutes, added the dip and extra mozzarella on top for another ten minutes in the oven. SO delicious and such a crowd pleaser
