Homemade veggie burger wrapped in collard greens

Ingredients
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can garbonzo beans (drained)
1 cup wild rice (cooked)
1/2 chopped white or red onion
1/2 cup parsley
5 sun dried tomatoes (optional)
2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tbs paprika (adjust to your own taste)
1/2 shredded carrot (add more if you want)
1 tbs jerk seasoning
1/2 cup spinach (add more if you want)
1 tbs Dijon mustard (vegan)
1 tbs soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
You can add flower or corn starch to help bind the burger before cooking
