Juicy salmon fillets seared until crisp, then glazed in a sticky honey-garlic sauce. Ready in about 20 minutes.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry; season with salt and pepper.
- Sear in olive oil, skin-side up first if skin-on, 3–4 minutes per side.
- Whisk honey, soy, garlic, and lemon; pour into the pan.
- Simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy; spoon glaze over fish.
- Finish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Tip
Do not overcook — pull salmon when it flakes easily and still looks moist in the center.
