Ingredients:
Crust (base):
1.5 cup of almond flour
Pinch of salt (for taste)
Butter 6 tablespoons (chilled)
Xanthan gum ¼ teaspoon (optional)
Brown Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons
For the nut topping:
Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon
Swerve sweetener 4 tablespoons
3 tablespoons of butter (melted)
1 ½ cup walnuts or almonds (chopped)
Orange zest 1 teaspoon
Four tablespoons of water
For the topping of honey syrup:
Two tablespoons of honey
Three tablespoons of water
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of Allulose
Ingredients notes:
Nuts:
Use both the almonds and walnuts, chop them once in the blender or you can also use the knife to crush them.
Allulose:
You can also increase or decrease the amount of Allulose for this recipe.
Butter:
For the base or crust use the chilled or cubed butter and for the nuts filling use the melted butter. Variations on ingredients;
Allulose:
You can use the xylitol in the replacement of the Allulose if you want. Both give the same results and texture.
Orange zest:
You can use any nut flavor zest as well.
Instructions:
For the base or crust of these bars:
Switch on the oven to bake the crust, increase the temperature to 200 Fahrenheit to warm it up.
Take the baking tray or pan and place butter paper in it. Use the baking tray which is about the size of 8×8 inches.
Take the high-speed blender and add the ingredients to the crust, like the almond flour, brown sugar, xanthan gum, and salt, and blend it.
When the ingredients become well combined then add the chilled butter
in it to make the moisture.
Assign the almond or butter mixture to the baking pan and leave it in to the oven for fifteen minutes until the crust or base becomes golden.
Before adding the nut filling make sure that the crust will become cooled completely.
To make nut filling:
Take a bowl; add the filling ingredients like chopped walnuts, almonds, sugar-free sweetener, Allulose, cinnamon powder, and orange zest combine all of them with the whisk or spatula.
Dip all the mixed ingredients into the melted butter to make the filling.
Now again take the baking pan and spread or circulate the filling of nuts in the chilled crust.
Now you have to again leave it to them for ten minutes.
For the honey syrup:
Put the non-stick into to the low flame; add the water, Allulose, or the honey.
Stir it with a wooden spatula, to avoid the burning add one tablespoon of butter or oil in it.
When becomes thick remove it from the flame.
Drizzle this honey syrup into the nut filling and leave or rest it to become at surface temperature.
Cut the bars into a square shape for serving.

Use the sealed container to save these bars in the fridge for one week.
At freezer:
If you store these bars in the freezer then the texture and taste of them do not remain the same, so try to avoid freezing.
At room temperature:
These bars are also suitable to keep at normal temperature for two days.
