Keto Butter Pie Recipe:

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  • A pinch of salt

For the filling:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, melted butter, powdered erythritol, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie pan, forming an even crust along the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it becomes golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue to beat until everything is well combined and the mixture is fluffy.
  3. Once the crust has cooled, spread the butter filling evenly over the crust.
  4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
  5. Once the pie is set, slice and serve. You can also top it with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.

Enjoy your keto butter pie! Keep in mind that the sweetness can be adjusted according to your taste preferences, so feel free to add more or less sweetener as needed.
